But Hakan is one of the undependable ones and you're refusing to acknowledge that.
I've had an issue with his wastefulness since before I even knew what "xG" was, but I decided to look it up his "expected" stats just for confirmation. It turns out he has the worst "G-xG", or goals minus expected goals, of them all. Our most wasteful player.

You're blaming other players for wasting chances created by him, but his xA, or expected assists, is actually lower than the number of assists.
He's among Europe's top "chance creators", but only due to his "key passes" from set-pieces. In open play his numbers are ordinary.
He's a good set-piece taker though, but not as extraordinarily good as his "key pass" stats would have you believe, although I do also feel that we should've had more goals from his corners judging by the quality and quantity.
The team's number of key passes from corners is in proportion to the number of corners taken(3rd & 4th in Serie A) - and he's taking nearly all of them.
Last season(19/20) he was sharing them with Samu and they ended up with the exact same number of key passes from corners per 90. Suso took a few as well, and appears to have had a similar rate of key passes if you factor in the number of corners taken by him per 90. What does that say?
