Oliver Kay: Liverpool. Gary Jacob's story on the back of this morning's paper is very interesting, but he wasn't saying anything was imminent. The Carroll situation, much like Torres at Chelsea, is a cause for concern at Anfield after such a difficult first year, but I don't see anything changing in January.
