U mnie mama miała robiony test ale na szczęście z wynikiem ujemnym bo koleżanki/pielęgniarki z przychodni z wynikami pozytywnymi. Zaraziły się w szpitalu gdzie też pracowały, cały szpital zamknięty.

Wedlug mnie kwestia czasu jest zmiana strategii na izlowanie ludzi +60 i z grup ryzyka przy rownoczesnym zagonieniu reszty do pracy. Tu warto zadac sobie pytanie ile gospodarki panstw moga zniesc? Jaki social moga udzwignac? Ile beda kosztowac niepracujace masy? Czy nieprzerwany dodruk (FED, Europejski Bank Centralny) jest wyjsciem z sytuacji? Czy inflacja wowczas nas nie zabije po paru miesiacach?

Ja mam wrażenie, że od początku był taki plan, przynajmniej rządzących w Polsce. Uniknąć pierwszej, niekontrolowanej fali z zagranicy, zobaczyć jak się rozwija druga "wewnętrzna" i luzować od świąt.

Póki co stoimy i tak względnie dobrze porównując do innych krajów, co w dużej mierze zawdzięczamy głównie sobie i mobilizacji ludności.

A problemem koronki nie jest śmiertelność, a fakt, że przenosi się jak pojebana (przykład: jeden gość zarażony na urlopie w Hiszpanii pomimo absolutnego braku objawów w kilka dni zaraził wszystkie pięć osób z którymi jeździł do pracy, zwykła grypa się tak nie rozprzestrzenia) i jest bezlitosny dla "słabych" ludzi. Żadna służba zdrowia nie jest przygotowana na takie coś bo to nie jest tylko sprawa łóżek czy sprzętu w szpitalu, to jest sprawa personelu w szpitalu którzy sami się zarażają i są wyłączeni na dwa tygodnie, to jest sprawa ratowników którzy muszą jeździć do chorych, to jest sprawa karetek które trzeba dezynfekować, kwarantanny którą trzeba pilnować itd.

To lawina, na którą nie da się przygotować, żaden kraj nie trzyma dodatkowej floty sprzętu na wypadek pandemii raz na 30 lat. To tak jakby trzymać piątego bramkarza w składzie bo samolot z pierwszą drużyną może się rozbić.

Te wszystkie zdjęcia i filmy z opustoszałych stolic europejskich są niesamowite, szczególnie, jeśli samemu się tam było. Człowiek jeszcze w ubiegłym roku był w Rzymie czy Londynie i szpilki nie dało się w tych kluczowych miejscach wetknąć. Dziś pustki jak w filmach o apokalipsie zombie.

Kolega wczoraj zrobil zdjecie Grand Place, czyli chyba najwiekszej atrakcji w Bxl, gdzie zawsze szpilki nie mozna wepchnac.

Tak poza wszystkim, to dla fotografów obecna sytuacja to raj (jakkolwiek to nie zabrzmi). Mogą robić zdjęcia, które wcześniej nie były możliwe i jak to się skończy, pewnie znowu nie będzie takiej opcji.

Tutaj np nie było szansy na romantyczną fotkę, co kilka minut brawa i okrzyki, bo ktoś się oświadczył. Dziś cisza i spokój. Żywe duszy nie ma.

Ja się zawsze rozklejam, jak widzę puste ulice, nawet nie wiem czemu. Widziałem taki filmik, jak wyludniły się polskie miasta po tym, jak rząd wprowadził stan zagrożenia epidemicznego i poprosił, by ludzie nie wychodzili - była tam taka smutna muzyczka i te wszystkie puste rynki w polskich miastach. Normalnie łzy w oczach xD

• Travel app TripScout surveyed 3,000 app users to gather the perception and expectations of travelers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Travelers have been heavily impacted by COVID-19 in the short-term, but they don’t expect any long-term impact on their travels. High level results include:
o 77% of travelers had to cancel or reschedule existing travel plans, but 90% of travelers still plan on traveling in 2020.
o 79% of travelers think the threat of COVID-19 will be over in less than six months and 45% think it will be over in less than three months.
o 60% of travelers said they plan on traveling just as much as they originally anticipated in 2020, assuming this is “over” relatively soon.
o 70% of travelers are currently planning for trips six months away and 34% are booking refundable travel for dates in the future.
o There is currently no change in the willingness to travel domestically or internationally in the future.

• SeaWorld released two activations.
o On its SeaWorld and SeaWorld Orlando social channels, the company released a call to action by signing a petition that will be sent to congress asking guests to “Urge Congress and the White House to Support Theme Parks, Attractions and Accredited Zoos & Aquariums”.
o SeaWorld Orlando updated its Facebook cover image reminding guests to “Stay Safe & Healthy”. The image also states: “We Can’t Wait to Welcome You Back”. The image did not receive high engagement but was well received.
• Knott’s Berry Farm could see an attendance drop of nearly 700,000 visitors and a $33 million revenue loss from the two-month closure, based on data from its parent company and industry analysts.

Airlines/Airports
• The TSA only screened just 239K passengers at U.S. airports on March 25. Airlines for America (A4A), the U.S. airline industry's trade group, said before the coronavirus pandemic caused a collapse in air travel, U.S. airlines carried 2.5 million passengers per day.
• Alaska Airlines is cutting capacity further this spring, slashing 70 percent of flights in April and May.
• AirAsia suspended international and domestic flights in Malaysia, India and the Philippines, and international flights in Thailand until April 25 while reducing domestic flights in the country.
• A United Airlines employee has died of COVID-19, the airline said Thursday in a note to employees.
• United Airlines is offering buyouts to US employees from 3/26 to 4/20 as it contends with the ongoing financial impact of the global coronavirus outbreak, according to a company memo on Wednesday; employees who receive a buyout are eligible for “enhanced medical benefits and travel privileges”
• United also made another cut to domestic flights on Wednesday, reducing capacity by 52% up from 42% previously.
